Orders and Returns

At Hyline Safety Company your satisfaction is our main objective. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product you receive you can email or call us for a return authorization number and return it for credit, replacement or refund. All custom signs non-returnable; unless due to an error caused by Hyline Safety Company.

All returns must be in resalable condition with their original packaging and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. RMA’s must be filed within 30 days of order completion. RMA’s requested after 30 days and no longer than 90 days will be subject to approval and a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping expense is your responsibility. Custom sign orders or other custom products ordered are not returnable.
